Week 29 // Belly Pics
We just finished up our 29th week of pregnancy so we are now in the 30's!
Yesterday we had our first childbirth class of four. We learned all about pre-labor, false-labor, contractions, breathing techniques and just about everything that happens before birth and it was extremely helpful! Believe it or not, there were so many things I had never even heard of before so I am SO glad we decided to take this class. And the best part? All of the mommies got a massage at the end of the class :) I could do this every day! hehe
