3 Popular Cockails With A VOVETI Twist

See this content in the original post

I don't know about you, but I'm a big fan of bubbly. Mimosas are totally my jam but if it's not morning time, I pretty much always pass them up for a cocktail. So a couple of weeks back I was thinking to myself, "What if I took some of my favorite popular drinks but instead of using liquor, used Voveti champagne?"

If it worked, I would be able to have a delicious, light, champagne-filled drink AND would drink them any hour of the day. From evening holiday parties to visits with old friends back home, champagne cocktails are the perfect aperitif.

And I went on a mission to see if it would work.

I did a little experimenting with some of my favorite cocktails and documented the whole thing. I took the ingredients of some of my favorites -- a Moscow Mule, a Tequila Sunrise and a Mojito -- but I replaced the liquor in each of them with VOVETI Prosecco, a brut TOC with tempered acidity.

Spoiler Alert: They were absolutely, positively delicious and would make some fun, delicious, easy and light cocktail to serve at your upcoming holiday parties (or all year round, for that matter). Just don't forget to send an invite my way ;)

Or you can just drink the VOVETI Prosecco on it's own...that works out pretty well too!

INGREDIENTS

VOVETI Mule:
- VOVETI Prosecco
- ginger beer
- lime juice

VOVETI Sunrise:
- VOVETI Prosecco
- orange juice
- grenadine
- cherries
- orange slice

VOVETI Mojito
- VOVETI Prosecco
- mint leaves
- club soda
- optional: raspberries or any fruit

And now that's I've tried (and succeeded) with these three champagne drink recipes, I'm fairly positive I can pretty much replace any cocktail with VOVETI Prosecco for a lighter, more delicious (in my opinion) drink!

If you have any favorites, comment below so I can add them to my list of drinks to try!
