OOTW | Jumpsuits are my jam.
Jumpsuits are totally my thing right now. I started doing some of our Spring shopping yesterday and all I wanted to buy were jumpsuits -- seriously, give me all the jumpsuits. You know why I love them so much? Because it's one less thing I have to make a decision on in the morning.
I am the worst decision maker. Literally the worst. And I'm also that girl who has to try on 34 outfit combinations every morning until I settle on one that I'm okay with wearing for the day. And then I end up with 32 items of clothing and 7 pairs of shoes scattered all over my closet floor, putting me in a grumpy mood because now I have to hang it all back up. That's the story of my life...or the story of my mornings, at least.
But that's just the magic of a jumpsuit.
You put it on and there's no deciding on which jeans or leggings or skirt you want to go with it, or whether or not you want to wear a tank with a sweater or a t-shirt with a cardigan or a sweater on it's own. No decisions to make and that's just brilliance, to me! And you can really wear them any season of the year too (if you live in SoCal) so that's a big bonus right there.
So jumpsuits are my new favorite thing -- women's jumpsuits and darling jumpsuits for kids too! Because you'd better bet the same thing happens when I stand in front of Ava's closet every morning and if you multiple 34 items of clothing times two, you get 68 items of clothing to hang up and no mom has time for that. Unless, of course, you have a live in nanny who does that all for you. But I don't. So there's that.

I paired this women's open back jumpsuit with my favorite brown sandals. This jumpsuit is seriously the softest thing ever (yes, I've slept in it) and just wait until you see the back...heart eyes galore! And for Ava, I paired a kids chambray jumpsuit with flutter sleeves with darling little light pink oxfords and a black and white striped kids bow beanie.
Doesn't get much cuter than that!
