Grocery Store Mom Hack

This post has been sponsored by Safeway. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Ava’s now in school and even though it’s only been a week, I feel like my life has changed. Like a ton. She only goes to preschool two days a week for three hours each but man, do you know how much you can get done in three hours without a toddler present?

A lot. Like a ton.

Like the amount of things that used to take me that full three hours take me maybe 20 minutes now. Maybe. So you’d better bet I’ve got my to-do list all set for those precious six hours of productivity I’ve now been gifted...until March rolls around and I have another baby, that is. But in the meantime, I’m basically super mom for six hours a week.

Errands, groceries [get ready for a Safeway Stock Up Sale hack on this one], the post office, blog posts, you name it...it’s getting done!

So really, this means I’ve got to be on top of my game and plan ahead. Plan meals ahead, plan out blog posts, plan out my life so I can get on top of my life and feel like a super mom again

And Safeway has got my back, big time!

Safeway is running a huge Stock Up Sale, perfect for us moms prepping for lunches and dinners and snacks for the busy school year (ahem...especially when all of those sports seasons take up all of our time!)

The products mentioned in this post are on sale at the Albertsons Companies family of stores from 10/10 to 10/16. Products on sale at United retailers may differ.

These are just some of the many items that will be part of Safeway’s Stock Up Sale that we purchase regularly in our home. And why not stock up instead of going to the store once a week, especially with deals going on? There is no reason not to.

  • Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip Cookies (13 oz)

  • Quaker Life Cereal, Regular (13 oz)

  • Quaker Chewy Granola Bars, Variety Pack (8 count)

  • Green Mountain Coffee K-Cups, Dark Magic Blend (12 count)

  • Progresso Traditional Beef & Vegetable Soup (18.5 oz)

Click here to check out the stock up sale items to see what to snag for your next shopping list! If you’re going to snag them anyways -- Progresso Soups, Green Mountain Coffee K-Cups, Quaker Life Cereal -- then might as well snag them for a better deal, right?

Right.

[I purchased these products and more at my local Safeway, but you can also stock up and save at any of the Albertsons Companies family of stores including Albertsons,  ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Vons, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Shaw's, Star Market, and Carrs/Safeway. Visit the Safeway website to find a store near you and discover some fun meal prep tips and recipe ideas! Products on sale at United retailers may differ.]
