Halloween Books for Kids
Every month I change out the books in our playroom (which also doubles as our homeschool room) and this little reading corner has very quickly become one of the most used spots in the house. P.S. that little kids modular section is the cutest little thing and comfy enough for adults too. But anyways, every since we re-did this room for the kids, I knew I wanted them to explore more of the many books we have. We have a whole closet full of them upstairs as we always love gifting books for holidays and birthdays and always participate in their school Scholastic book fairs too. So we’ve got our fair share of books but since there are so many in that closet up there, so many get missed and never read.
And so came the idea of changing out this little reading corner each and every month and it has been so fun to see the kids find their new favorite books they want to read over and over and over.
With Halloween coming up, I knew I wanted to do kids Halloween themed books in this space for the month of October. A lot of these books we already owned and have loved for years now and I snagged a few more of them on Amazon that were best sellers in different age groups. Our kids range from age 1 through age 8 so I really wanted to be sure there were Halloween books in there for all of them to love and read this month.
And you better bet I’ll be doing the same for the month of November (Thanksgiving and Fall-themed booked) and of course December will be Christmas themed books.
