Happy 29th Birthday to ME! | Year 29 Goals

Here I am — My last year in my 20s and it’s going to be epic. I mean, I’ve got the cutest, sweetest baby girl ever and this year I’ll get to hold my baby boy in my arms too so let’s just say, I can already predict that this year is going to be a great year!

A couple goals I have for my 29th year:

• Be in a position to by our first home

• 100,000 followers on Instagram

• feel comfortable and confident in my “mom of two” routine

• actually enjoy working out consistently

• get back to my pre-baby weight (this one was easy with Ava for me but we shall see what happens the second time around!)

• breastfeed the entire 29th year of my life (if I am able to)

• 50,000 monthly followers on the blog

• downsize and minimalize

• get a puppy (because we need two babies at once, duh!)

• become more patient with my husband and my kids

• make time to focus on Baxter every single day (because sometimes we forget he’s our kiddo too!)

• become better at my work/life balance and learn to put work away

• at least monthly date nights with my husband (with no kids!)

• travel more (even weekend getaways count!)

• make more mom friends

• always remember to keep smiling + always remember that God has a plan for me!

I hope to make this the best year yet, because I know that each and every year of my life for the rest of my life, I can learn and grow and become a better me!

Now this year my 29th birthday photos weren’t quite as epic as my 28th birthday photos but hey, Ava was pretty happy about the 27 balloons she got to keep (yep, two popped before the photos were taken).
