Kids Easter Basket Ideas
I never got around to linking everything we got for the kids’ Easter baskets this year so I guess this will just be here ready for Easter basket ideas for you all for next year!
We had a pretty relaxed Easter this year and I’ll be honest - It was so casual and relaxed that I never even got out of my pajamas because I was so darn nauseous. It was probably my worst day of pregnancy so far and on top of that, I was exhausted! Absolutely exhausted. But of course we still made everything so much fun for the kids. We did a fun little Easter egg hunt in the morning with the kids — the Easter bunny left a trail of jelly beans leading from the stairs to their Easter baskets, a tradition that has been passed down since I was a little girl, then the kids searched for the candy that was hidden inside and finally we made our way outside to the front lawn (since the backyard is still dirt right now) and searched for Easter eggs. That was surely the highlight, especially for Franky! I made a super simple breakfast and then we did a ham dinner with just our little family + my dad since he decided to stay in town for the holiday.
But anyways, here are the items we put in the kids Easter baskets if you want any Easter basket ideas for kids or inspiration for next year…. and I forgot to include the Easter books I ordered them (whoops!) but have a whole list of cute Easter books for kids of all ages!
