Target Summer Dresses $40 and Under
If I’m being honest, I’m usually one to purchase high quality, long lasting items that I know will stay in my wardrobe for years. For so long, OI focused exclusively on the more inexpensive items and began realizing that they got traded out of my wardrobe far quicker than the other items I had in there. I think it’s a combination of impulse buying due to the price? Who knows. But whatever it is, I’ve slowly but surely been creating a smaller wardrobe with higher quality items that I know won’t go out of style and I know will last for years to come.
But with that being said, I still love to shop occasionally on Amazon and at Target and Walmart because 1. they’ve got some great prices and do, in fact, have quality items offered and 2. sometimes I just want to snag a cute summer dress for less. It’s all about balance, if you ask me!
So the other day I was browsing Target and found some summer dresses I LOVED. The past few years I’ve really not loved denim shorts as much so I’ve pretty much stuck to summer dresses and rompers and such. And for me, midi and maxi dresses are my go-to because MOM LIFE. I’m bending over all the time and picking up kids and playing around so mini dresses aren’t scarce in my wardrobe these days and I tend to grab for the longer summer dresses.
With all of that being said, I put together a quick little round-up of some super cute midi and maxi summer dresses at Target right now, all $40 and under. I’ve owned a few of these for quite some time and others are newer to my wardrove but I think I got a good variety in there - there’s definitely something in there for everyone!
